The people behind Evolve · Shelton, Connecticut

Meet the people who actually answer the phone.

01 Who you’ll deal with

A short list of names, not a directory.

Evolve is small on purpose. That means the people below are the people who will look at your computer, answer your ticket, or walk into your office.

Michael Terenzio, owner of Evolve Computer

Founder

Michael Terenzio

Owner & Founder

Mike started Evolve in Shelton in 2017 after seeing the same gap over and over: big-box counters with no depth, small shops with no resources. He built the company to sit in the middle of that, and he still works in it every day.

Mike leads Evolve’s day-to-day operations, working closely with clients, managing business IT projects, and helping shape the company’s services and long-term direction. He’s especially involved in managed IT, phone systems, networking, and making sure clients get practical solutions without unnecessary complexity. Outside of Evolve, Mike is also a Fire Lieutenant and enjoys spending time with his wife and two young kids.

02 How the team works

Small enough to know the environment. Experienced enough to handle the whole stack.

A local team can hold a lot of context. We're not routing your problem into a queue and hoping the next available person can catch up on your setup from a ticket note.

Nobody here is going to promise you the exact same technician on every single visit. What we will say is that it's a consistent local team, and the people on it get to know the environments they support.

If you're a business

  • The team learns your network, your line-of-business software, and your quirks
  • On-site support comes from Shelton, not from another state
  • Escalation stays inside the same small group — no handoff to a department you’ve never spoken to
  • The person who quoted the work is still around when it’s time to do the work

If you're a walk-in customer

  • There’s a real store you can walk into on Howe Ave
  • You can explain the problem to a person, out loud, in the same room
  • Your machine goes to the bench in this building — not into a mail-in pipeline
  • If something isn’t right afterward, you bring it back to the same counter

04 Two sides of the same team

Same local company. Different technology needs.

The same people who keep a company's network running also fix the laptop you brought in on a Saturday. Knowing both ends is what makes us useful at either one.
