Every device sold through Evolve Computer comes with a standard one-year warranty covering repair, replacement, or refund of products with hardware failure, where customers pay for return shipping (except for those with extended warranties). Extended warranties for two or even three years are available. Warranty exclusions apply, such as for products with physical damage, liquid contact, or hardware modifications. Software issues are not covered. The policy is effective for purchases from or after March 31, 2022.
