What happens next

This form gets the ticket started so your visit is quick. Work happens at our bench in Shelton, or over a remote session when the problem allows — we don't do mail-in repairs.

You bring it in

Drop the device at 356 Howe Ave during store hours. No appointment — your description is already in our system, so check-in takes a minute. If it's a software problem, we'll book a remote session instead and you never leave the house.

We diagnose it

A technician tests the device and finds the actual cause, then sends you a price for the fix. Free when you go ahead with the repair. If you'd rather not, the bench fee is $50 — $100 on custom-built desktops.

You approve the price

Nothing gets worked on until you say yes. If the repair costs more than the machine is worth, we'll tell you. That conversation has cost us work before.

Questions people ask first

How long will my repair take?
Repairs are handled first come, first served, and most are finished in 24 to 48 hours. That's an estimate based on years of doing this, not a guarantee — parts availability, shipping, and complicated diagnostics can all stretch it. If yours is going to run long, we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing. Rush Service is $100 and moves your device to the top of the queue.
Is the diagnostic really free?
Free when you have the repair done with us. If we diagnose the device and you decide not to proceed, there's a bench fee covering the technician's time — $50 for standard devices, $100 for custom-built desktops, which take longer to work through. You'll always have the quote before any work begins.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during store hours and we'll check you in at the counter. Sending this form first just means a technician has already read your problem before you arrive.
Will I lose my files?
We take every reasonable precaution, but no repair shop can guarantee data against loss — so we won't pretend otherwise. Back up anything important before you bring the device in if you can. If we know a repair puts your data at risk, we'll tell you before we start and offer to back it up first.
What does the warranty cover?
Our repairs carry a 90-day warranty on both the labor and the parts we supply, covering the specific issue we fixed. Software work and virus removal aren't warrantied, and neither is new damage or hardware installed elsewhere after we hand the device back. Custom gaming PCs we build carry their own longer warranty.
What don't you work on?
We don't service TVs, security camera systems, or devices with biohazard contamination. Everything else — Windows PCs, Macs, custom builds, phones, tablets, home networking — comes through our door regularly.

Or skip the form and come in.
