Twenty minutes, by phone or video, whichever you prefer.
Rather skip the form? Call (203) 433-2042 and ask for Mike. Mon–Fri 10–7.
What happens on the call.
Three parts, twenty minutes total. Fifteen of them are yours.
You talk, we listen
What your team runs on, what has been going wrong, and what you have already tried. We take notes and stay quiet.
We ask specifics
Headcount, device count, who handles IT today, and what happened the last time something broke. Specifics are how we price accurately.
You get an answer
Managed IT, project work, or nothing at all. If we are a fit, we will walk you through what working together would actually look like.
Why businesses choose us.
Local
A fifteen-minute drive, not a 1-800 number. Based in Shelton since 2017.
Predictable
Flat per-seat pricing. No surprise invoices. You will know what next month costs.
Experienced
Real-world IT experience applied to your business, without layers of handoffs or escalation.
Straightforward
When something is not worth fixing, we say so. We have turned down work we could have sold.
What our clients say.
“They told me on the call that half of what our last provider billed for was unnecessary. Then they showed me which half.”
30-person manufacturer, Naugatuck Valley
“We had a cyber-insurance questionnaire we could not answer. Twenty minutes on the phone and I knew exactly what we were missing.”
Law firm, Fairfield County
Four answers, up front.
What happens during the consultation?
We’ll talk through your current IT setup, the problems you’re trying to solve, and what you need from an IT partner. You’ll speak directly with Evolve’s owner and leave with a clear idea of what makes sense next.
What size businesses do you work with?
We primarily work with small and mid-sized Connecticut businesses. The right fit depends more on your technology needs and how much responsibility you want us to take on than on a specific employee count.
How much does managed IT cost?
Flat per-seat, billed monthly. The number depends on headcount, device count, and what you want covered, which is exactly what the twenty minutes are for.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No documentation, asset list, or network diagram. Rough headcount and device numbers are plenty. Those documents are things we build for you later.
