If any shipping method other than Economy is selected, your order is processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 2:30pm Eastern Time in most cases. If order does not ship same business day, it will be processed by end of next business day from order creation. If an Economy shipping method is selected, your order is typically processed and shipped within three (3) business days. Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern Time) only.

You will automatically be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. If the tracking number is non-active, please allow one (1) business day for the carrier to update the tracking status. Any delays in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and are not eligible for reimbursement of any shipping fees.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, including those that do not meet our security requirements. Orders over $250.00 paid with PayPal require an adult signature for delivery. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and any failed delivery attempts to these or similar types of addresses will be subject to a $35 intercept fee.

E-Volve Computer assumes responsibility to ship the purchased product(s) to the address provided by the buyer via the selected shipping method. E-Volve Computer is not responsible or liable for incorrect shipping addresses provided, unsecure locations items were delivered, or any other shipping issue out of control of E-Volve Computer. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the aforementioned matters and should contact the shipping carrier to file necessary claims should an issue occur. All shipments include insurance paid for by E-Volve Computer.
