Return and Warranty Policy
Return Policy
- Returns may only be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We issue a refund less original shipping, any credit card processing or merchant financing fees, and a restocking fee of 15% upon return and inspection. If item is exchanged for another device of equal or greater value, no restocking fee will be assesed.
- Refunds are processed within five (5) business days of return. Store credit refunds are available for immediate use, while refunds to the original payment method are typically available within ten (10) business days of processing.
- Refunds, including store credits, are unable to be modified to a different form of payment once processed.
- Store credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance. Any remaining balance not used after one (1) year will be voided.
Standard Warranty
- We will repair, replace, or refund the covered product based on available inventory.
- If warranty service is requested due to a hardware failure within one (1) year of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Customers with Extended Warranty protection plans do not pay return shipping.
- Service is normally completed within five (5) business days of delivery.
- Our standard warranty is void if the product is transported outside of the United States of America.
- Our standard warranty is non transferable.
Extended Warranty
- We offer a Two (2) Year Platinum Coverage plan on many products, which can be purchased anytime within the fourteen (14) day return policy (see Returns).
- The Extended warranty will take effect from the original date of delivery regardless of when it is purchased.
- We will repair, replace, or refund the covered product based on available inventory.
- Service is normally completed within five (5) business days of delivery.
- Our extended warranty is void if the product is transported outside of the United States of America.
- Our extended warranty is non transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
- Policy Effective for Purchases on or After 03/31/2022.
- Media drives are not covered by our warranties. Consumables such as batteries are guaranteed for one hundred twenty (120) days after purchase and follow the Standard Warranty throughout the guarantee period.
- Reported issues that are found to be false during RMA inspection will result in deductions to the refund, up to and including the entire refund amount.
- Products with physical damage or evidence of liquid contact, or products that are returned for warranty coverage under false pretenses, are not eligible for warranty service and will be returned un-repaired.
- All coverages and warranties are void if the hardware of the product is modified in any way. This includes but is not limited to: replacing the battery, hard drive, or RAM.
- Software issues, including missing or altered user data, are not covered under our warranties.
- Any third-party fees, including but not limited to: diagnostic, repair, and shipping, will not be reimbursed.
- In the event of a chargeback or dispute, E-Volve Computer reserves the right to recover any and all costs from the customer, including but not limited to a deduction to previous or future refunds.
- All coverages and warranties are void if the product is transported outside of the United States of America.
- All coverages and warranties are non transferable.
