Business IT support for the problem, project, or upgrade in front of you.
Something broke, something needs building, or something has been on the list for a year. Call us for that one job — no managed services agreement required. Networks, servers, Microsoft 365, security work, hardware, office moves, and the problems nobody can explain over the phone.
Based in Shelton and providing onsite business IT support throughout Connecticut, with remote support wherever your team works.
Every one of these is a normal reason to call us. You do not need to know what the service is called, or have a plan in place first.
Start with what is in front of you.
The first one is what most of this page is about, and it is a first-class service here. The second is a different question entirely: who is responsible for the environment between the times you call us.
You have a project, problem, or upgrade in front of you.
An office move, a new network, a firewall or server replacement, a Microsoft 365 migration, a workstation rollout, or something that started failing this morning. We scope it, price it, and do the work. No managed services agreement required to hire us.
You want someone proactively responsible for the environment.
Monitoring, maintenance, security, and documentation as an ongoing service in three levels. Core covers smaller and lower-support environments; Foundation and Elite add more bundled support as your team needs it.
Explore Managed IT →You know something needs attention.
Twenty minutes on the phone and we will help you work out the right level of involvement — a single project, support as you need it, or proactive management underneath it.
Book a Consultation →Real requests, and what they usually look like.
Any of these can be a single job, scoped and done. Any of them can also sit under ongoing management afterward. Start wherever the actual problem is.

Security Work
Controls put in place properly, and the paperwork that proves it.
Backup & Recovery
Copies that exist, and restores that have actually been tested.
Office Moves & Buildouts
Planned around your schedule so the first morning works.
The Odd Stuff
The problems that do not fit a category, and the vendors nobody wants to call.
Do not see yours? Describe it in plain language and we will tell you whether it is something we handle. Start there →
Four steps from your call to the work being done.
No discovery deck and no three-week sales process. You will know the scope and how billing works before anyone starts.
Tell us what you need
In plain language, by phone or form. What is happening, when it started or when it needs to be done, and what it is affecting.
We work out what we need to see
Sometimes a remote session is enough. Sometimes it is photos, model numbers, a floor plan, or a site visit. We will tell you which.
We define scope and cost
Scoped projects get a written estimate before work begins. Troubleshooting and hourly work get a clear explanation of how authorization and billing work, so nothing runs away from you.
We schedule and do the work
Remote or onsite, depending on what the job requires, and outside business hours when the work would interrupt your day.
We finish the job in front of you either way. If the environment around it would be better off under proactive management, we will show you what that looks like and why — once, with reasons, not as a condition of doing the work.
A project can fix today's problem. Someone should still be watching tomorrow.
We are glad to take the one-time work — upgrades, migrations, deployments, troubleshooting — and a good share of what we do is exactly that. But if your business runs on computers, email, a network and its data every day, that environment should not sit unwatched in between the times something goes wrong.
Patching stops quietly. Endpoint security drifts. Backups fail without telling anyone. Nothing about that is dramatic until the day it is.
The useful distinction is not size. It is that proactive management and hands-on support are two different things, and they can be bought separately.
Probably not. That is what foundation is for.
Foundation is proactive management for smaller and lower-support environments: monitoring, patching and maintenance, endpoint security, system health, and documentation kept current — while you continue to pay for hands-on support only when you actually use it.
Copmplete and Elite build on the same foundation with more bundled support and broader coverage, for teams that need it.
Explore Managed IT →Project work, or managed IT?
The difference is not the quality of the work or who does it. It is how much of the responsibility sits with us between the times you call.
These two models solve different problems. Project and on-demand work is the right answer for a defined need. For a business that depends on technology every day, we generally recommend keeping at least a proactive management layer in place between projects — which is what Core is for: managed essentials, without prepaying for support labor you may rarely use.

We have been on Howe Avenue in Shelton since 2017, and plenty of the businesses we work with now started with one phone call about one problem.
Local & accountable
A Connecticut-based team you can actually reach, with a real address in Shelton and onsite support throughout the state.
A consistent team
You are not starting from scratch with a random outsourced help desk every time. We keep notes on the work we have done for you and the people who did it are still here.
Project work is a real service line
Not a trial period, and not a favor on the way to a contract. One-time work gets the same people and the same standards as our managed clients get.
Straight answers about cost
Repair or replace, project or ongoing plan — we explain what makes sense and why. We have talked clients out of purchases they were ready to make.
Businesses we work with across Connecticut.
Law Firms
Case file security, client confidentiality, and systems your practice cannot work without.
Medical & Dental
Technology safeguards, security controls and documentation for HIPAA-regulated environments.
Manufacturing
Shop-floor networks, aging machine controllers, and work scheduled around production.
Professional Services
Accounting, insurance, real estate. The tools and data your team works in all day.
Construction & Trades
Field-to-office connectivity, mobile devices, and help that travels to the job site.
Questions we get before the first call.
Anything not covered here, ask us on the call. There is no wrong question.
What is business IT support?+
Help with the technology a business runs on: computers, servers, networks, Microsoft 365 and email, security, backups, phones, and the software your team uses every day. It can be a single project, occasional troubleshooting, or an ongoing service where an outside team takes responsibility for keeping it all running.
Do I need a contract to work with you?+
Not for project or on-demand work. You approve an estimate or an authorization for the work, and that is the agreement. Managed IT is a recurring service with a service agreement, because ongoing responsibility needs defined terms on both sides.
Can you help with just one project?+
Yes, and it is a normal way to work with us. Office moves, network installs, firewall and server replacements, Microsoft 365 migrations and workstation rollouts are all standalone jobs. Some businesses hire us once for a project, others come back as things come up.
Can you supplement the IT person we already have?+
That is common. Your person keeps the work they are good at and the institutional knowledge, and we take the projects outside their scope, the specialist work, or the overflow when they are underwater. It also means the office is covered when they take a week off.
How quickly can you respond?+
It depends on the work and what else is scheduled, so we will give you a realistic answer when you call rather than a blanket promise. A lot of issues can be looked at remotely soon after you reach us, and onsite visits are scheduled around your hours. Managed IT clients have response times defined in their plan.
What does it cost?+
Scoped projects are quoted in writing before work begins. Troubleshooting and support that cannot be scoped until someone looks at it are handled hourly, with the billing and authorization explained up front so there are no surprises on the invoice. Managed IT is a recurring monthly service priced by plan and by what your environment includes.
Do you work with smaller businesses?+
Regularly, including businesses well under ten employees. Headcount is not the question. A four-person office can still run on Microsoft 365, hold sensitive client data, depend on its network, and carry cyber-insurance requirements. The real questions are how much responsibility you want us to take on and how much hands-on support your team actually uses — which is why Core exists as a separate level from Foundation and Elite.
Where in Connecticut do you work?+
We are based at 356 Howe Ave in Shelton and provide onsite business IT support throughout Connecticut — Shelton, Bridgeport, New Haven, Stamford, Hartford, Waterbury and everywhere in between. Remote support reaches your team wherever they work, in state or out.
