Return Policy
- Returns may only be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We issue a refund less original shipping and a restocking fee of 10% upon return and inspection.
- Refunds are processed within five (5) business days of return. Alternatively, a store credit can be requested by customers planning to order a replacement, avoiding any restocking fee. Customer will still be responsible for shipping back the original computer, and shipping of the new computer.
Standard Warranty
- We will repair, replace, or refund the covered product based on available inventory.
- Service is normally completed within five (5) business days of delivery.
- Our standard warranty is voided if the product is transported outside of the United States of America.
